Very pleasant hotel with access to everything and everywhere in the city, literally within very short walks. Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff at the bar! This Dutch hospitality should be replicated planet wide!

Location very good. Breakfast very good. Service good. The only problem was heating in the room. I couldn't set heating more then 3 degrees in plus, it was unsatisfied.

Lovely spacious junior suite. Large bed and one soft and one hard pillow. Nice oud-esq room scent. Excellent foh team, super friendly and accommodating. Coffee and tea pods in room; ask for a kettle of you need one for hot hot water. Ventilation air con effective but a little loud (if you're sensitive to things like that). Breakfast seems expensive but good choice, tbf we ate at Benedicted! which came to a similar price for a chunky brekkie and coffee too.

Great location - close to tram stops (2 & 12 lines and just a few steps bit further from the 5 line and others). The 397 airport bus stops within 200 meters of the front door. We stayed before and after a weeklong cruise and chose rooms 205 and 207. Room 207 is slightly larger and both rooms have great views of the main road. The shower in each room was fantastic! Huge, tiled and with an overhead showerhead and separate hand-held nozzle. Great water pressure. Our only recommendation would be to have a least 1 towel bar in the bathroom. The only place to hang damp towels are on tiny pegs on the back of the bathroom door. Huge windows let in lots of light (there are also room darkening drapes for nighttime) and the windows also tilt open for fresh air, if you want. Breakfast was good - lots of options from eggs, bacon, beans, breads, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts, fresh fruit and more. You get drink vouchers if you stay more than 1 night - this is nice but the vouchers are only valid on soft drinks, the house wine and the 1 beer on tap. Easy to store luggage if you arrive early before the room is ready or if you have time to explore the city after check out. We would definitely recommend based on location, price, cleanliness and ease of checkin/checkout.

Mostly renovated place with excellent location. Comfortable family rooms for travelling with the family although they are not properly reflected at booking. Very friendly and professional staff at the reception and broad choice fpr breakfast - starting from kinds corner to vegan choice
